Idea Bank

Information about the Idea Bank.

The authors of the Idea Bank submissions have authorized use of these documents only by LWI members, law professors and other specified legal writing professionals. No law student is permitted onto this website without the express and written permission of the LWI Board of Directors. The authors retain all copyright and author privileges to their own material as well as the right to pursue remedies for violations of this authorization.

To obtain a password for the Idea Bank, you must first subject a teaching document.  New teachers are exempt from that policy and should e-mail a committee member.
