Assistant Professor

Widener Law Commonwealth, located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, welcomes applications to join our faculty.  We are seeking entry-level and pre-tenure lateral faculty to fill tenure-track positions for the 2022-2023 academic year.  Our specific needs are to be determined so we encourage all interested applicants to apply.  Our interest areas include, but are not limited to: Legal Methods, Civil Procedure, Contracts, Criminal Law, and Property.  We will also consider applications interested in our upper-level course areas, including Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Environmental Law, Professional Responsibility, and Wills and Trusts.  The school may hire faculty in any subject area or category based on a candidate's overall strength.

At Widener Law Commonwealth, faculty may teach 2 sections of Legal Methods (first-year courses or upper-level courses) or may teach one section of Legal Methods and a casebook course.
