THE UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO COLLEGE OF LAW seeks to hire a full-time clinical faculty member to teach legal writing courses at its Boise location, at the rank of assistant or associate clinical professor. The position is an academic-year appointment with faculty voting rights and associated faculty governance responsibilities. The faculty member will teach two sections of first-year legal writing each semester and work collaboratively with other legal writing faculty to develop the course curriculum and major writing assignments. The faculty member will also mentor and advise students and participate in university service and outreach activities. The University of Idaho is an R1 research institution, with law school campuses in both Moscow and Boise. This position is located in Boise, Idaho’s capital city, legal and financial center, and cultural hub, in close proximity to natural beauty and outdoor recreation.
